India's ace shuttler Saina Nehwal will face a tough challenge today, when she takes on higher ranked Chinese Shixian Wang for a place in the semi-finals of the All England Open Badminton tournament at Birmingham. World Number Seven Saina advanced to the quarterfinals yesterday, after beating Beiwan Zhang of the United States, 24-22, 18-21, 21-19. Saina is the lone Indian left in the tournament. All other Indian shuttlers, including PV Sindhu and P. Kashyap, had bowed out in the opening round.
