Ace Indian shuttlers Saina Nehwal and PV Sindhu will play for semi-final berths of the Malaysian Open Superseries Premier Badminton tournament at Shah Alam today. While third seed Saina will take on Thailand's Porntip Buranaprasertsuk, Sindhu will meet fourth placed Ratchanok Intanon, also of Thailand. Saina and Sindhu are the only Indian shuttlers left in the tournament. K Srikanth and HS Prannoy were among the 5 Indians who had crashed out in the first round.Meanwhile, Saina and Srikanth have slipped in the latest Badminton World Federation (BWF) rankings released yesterday. Saina, who had lost in the semifinals of India Open last week, lost two places to sink to world number 8. Sindhu improved a place to be back in the top-10. In the Men's Singles, Srikanth fell out of top-10 dropping four spots to be placed at 14th. He is likely to slip further following the early exit in the ongoing Malaysian Open.
