India's Ace shuttler Saina Nehwal will begin her title defence in the Singapore Super Series starting today at Singapore City. The Series is one of the three titles the world number four Indian won on the trot in June last year. The fourth seed will start her campaign against world number 24 Chinese Lu Lan. In the men's singles, Indian shuttler P. Kashyap faces eighth seed Korean Sung Hwan Park in the opening round. Commonwealth Games gold medallist pair of Jwala Gutta and Ashwini Ponnappa will face Kyung Eun Jung and Ha Na Kim of Korea in the opening round. In the men's doubles, Indian pair of Rupesh Kumar and Sanave Thomas will lock horns with Japanese combo of Hiroyuki Endo and Kenichi Hayakawa in the first round.
