Ace shuttlers, Saina Nehwal and Kidambi Srikanth are the only two Indians who have qualified for the year-ending BWF World Superseries Finals to be played in Dubai next month.The tournament sees the top eight players and pairs of the world compete in all the five categories — 2 Singles and 3 doubles.World number two Saina qualified easily, finishing fifth in the Superseries Women's Singles rankings.In Men's Singles, Srikanth made the cut despite finishing ninth as China's Tian Houwei missed out. Only two players from a member association are eligible to take part in a category. Two-time Olympic champion Lin Dan and reigning World Champion Chen Long qualified, which is why Tian had to miss out.In Women's Doubles, Jwala Gutta and Ashwini Ponnappa missed the mark as they finished 10th. India also did not see any pair making it to the Men's and Mixed Doubles categories.The tournament will begin from the 9th of next month.
