Saina Nehwal has entered the semifinals of the Malaysia Masters Badminton tournament in the Women's singles event held in Sarawak, Malaysia. The former World No.1 dominated the game from the beginning and beat eighth seed Indonesian Fitriani Fitriani 21-15, 21-14 in straight sets. Saina will now face Hong Kong's Yip Pui Yin in the semifinals. In the men's singles, sixth seeded Ajay Jayaram, lost to Indonesia's Anthony Sinisuka Ginting, 21-13, 21-8.
