At Wuhan, China, today, the World Number 8 Indian defeated former World Champion Shixian Wang of China in straight games 21-16 21-19 in a quarterfinal that lasted 56 minutes. Saina, who is the only Indian left in the tournament, will next take on the winner of the match between Japan's Nozomi Okuhara and China's Yihan Wang.
