Defending champion Saina Nehwal defeated Japan's Eriko Hirose 21-9, 21-10 to storm into the final of the Indonesian Open Super Series badminton tournament in Jakarta on Saturday. Saina pocketed the opening game in just 12 minutes and finished the match in 27 minutes. The world number three Saina will now face another Japanese Sayaka Sato, who ended the superb run of local qualifier Ana Rovita with a 21-19, 21-14 win in the other semifinal.
