Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan has said that safety is the most important aspect in the oil industry. Addressing Oil Industry Safety Awards Ceremony in New Delhi today Mr Pradhan said, Industries and big projects are must for development but safety should never be ignored. Pradhan said that he was pained by GAIL accident in Vizag as it took life of 12 innocent people. Mr Pradhan pitched for an umbrella statutory body to formulate quality and safety policies for oil and gas entities.
