Sacked AAP Minister Kapil Mishra today submitted proof in the alleged 400 crore rupees water tanker scam to the Anti Corruption Branch of Delhi Government. <br/><br/>Mr Mishra said, he met ACB officials and gave information on role of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and two of his close associates in the scam. <br/><br/>Talking to media after the meeting, he alleged that investigation into the scam was repeatedly delayed and influenced by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his two associates.Mr Mishra also accused the AAP government of shielding former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit time and again in the matter. <br/><br/>ACB Chief M K Meena said, Mr Mishra has sought time to share more details in the matter with the ACB. He also said, after recording the statement of Mr Mishra and collecting evidences, the ACB will proceed further into the matter. <br/><br/>To a question whether, the ACB has received any complaint against Arvind Kejriwal about taking two core rupees form his Cabinet colleague, Mr Meena said, it has not received any complaint so far.<br/><br/> Delhi BJP leader Vijendra Gupta who also met Lieutenant Governor Anil Bijal and demanded action against Mr Kejrieal and Mrs Dikshit in the water tanker scam.<br/><br/> Meanwhile, AAP hit back at Kapil Mishra calling him a BJP agent. Briefing media , AAP leader Sanjay Singh said the sacked Delhi Minister is playing a game and all his charges against Kejriwal are baseless. He claimed that Mishra has failed to give a shred of proof to the ACB against Kejriwal. <br/><br/>In an another development, Delhi Unit Congress Chief Ajay Maken has sought the sanction of Lieutenant Governor for initiating prosecution against Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for allegedly misusing power by the AAP government as pointed out by the Shunglu Committee. He alleged that the panel has unearthed many cases of irregularities against the AAP government.<br/><br/>

Mr Mishra said he will go to the CBI next to submit proof in the case.<br/><br/>Meanwhile, AAP has hit back at Kapil Mishra calling him a BJP agent. Briefing media in New Delhi, AAP leader Sanjay Singh alleged that Centre is trying to destroy AAP. He said the sacked Delhi Minister is playing a game and all his charges are baseless as AAP will never tolerate corruption. He also said Mishra has failed to give a shred of proof to the ACB against Arvind Kejriwal.
