Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar has accepted Prime Minister Narendra Modi's nomintaion as one of the ambassadors of Swachh Bharat campaign by sweeping a road in Mumbai with a broom in hand.

Mr Tendulkar said it was just the start and the campaign can move forward with more participation.

Master blaster Tendulkar was one of the nine celebrities nominated by the Prime Minister to spread awareness on cleanliness when he kicked off his ambitious campaign on 2nd October on the 145th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
