The South African President Jacoba Zuma is expected in Tripoli for talks with the Libyan leader Col Muammar Gaddafi. On the eve of Mr. Zuma's departure, South Africa's African National Congress condemned the NATO bombing of of Libya and said it supported African Union's efforts to resolve the conflict peacefully.
