Sri Lanka is all set to celebrate the second anniversary of the military defeat of the LTTE on Friday in Colombo. The annual event would be remembered as a 'Liberation Day', a day which would symbolize victory for all Sri Lankans. The military parade involving nearly 9,000 personnel is slated to be part of the celebrations at the Galle Face Green. All state institutions and schools will remain closed throughout the day.
