A South Korean man has been fined one million won for making discriminatory remarks against an Indian professor. Incheon District Court officials told local media that the conviction is the country's first involving racist remarks towards a foreigner. The 31-year-old South Korean had objected to Bonogit Hussain talking loudly on a bus in July. The judge said the man yelled racist comments at the Indian man. He said the professor felt publically insulted by the comments. Mr Hussain had been in South Korea since 2007.<br/>
