South Korea has deployed surface-to-surface missiles capable of reaching Pyongyang, the capital of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The deployment of the Army Tactical Missile System near the tense border came after the two Koreas exchanged fire near Yellow Sea maritime border last November. Four South Koreans were killed in the incident.
