South Korea has constituted a new command near the tense disputed Yellow Sea border to hit back harder against any future attacks by North Korea. Defence Minister said that more high tech guns, artillery hunting radars have been deployed and warships and Jet fighters will be deployed quickly in case of new attack. The South Korean millitary was widely accused of a feeble response when the North launched a rocket and artillery attack on Yeonpyeong island last November, killing four persons including civilians and damaging dozens of buildings. Yellow sea border was the scene of deadly naval clashes between the two Koreas in 1999, 2002 and 2009.
