<span style="color: #222222;">External Affairs Minister Dr S. Jaishankar has countered former Congress President Rahul Gandhi's questioning of government foreign policy. He said, India's major partnerships are stronger and international standing higher. The Minister added that the country has witnessed regular summits and informal meetings wth US, Russia, Europe and Japan.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Dr Jaishankar said India engages China on more equal terms politically. The Minister highlighted the achievements in Afghanistan saying the projects related to Salma Dam and Parliament have been completed and training and serious connectivity have been expanded.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Taking a dig at Mr Gandhi for not mentioning Pakistan, Dr Jaishankar said, the neighbouring&nbsp; country surely notes the difference between Balakot and Uri, on the one hand and Sharm-el-Sheikh, Havana and 26/11, on the other. Earlier in a video, Rahul Gandhi had said that over the last six years, India has been disturbed and disrupted with regard to its foreign policy and economy.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
