South Africa has won the ODI series against Pakistan in UAE. Dale Steyn wrecked Pakistan with a career best bowling figures in ODI format to ensure a 28 run victory for the Proteans in the fourth ODI of the five match series in Abu Dhabi last night.South Africa now have an unassailable 3-1 lead in the ODI series now. Batting first, South Africa, made 266 for the loss of six wickets in stipulated 50 overs thanks to the maiden hundred by the opener Quinton de Kock who made 112 in 135 deliveries. In reply, Pakistan was almost sailing through with an score of 228 for the loss of five wickets in 47th over when Dale Steyn struck decisive blows claiming the wickets of Umar Akmal , captain Misbah-ul Haq and Saeed Ajmal. Pakistan was bowled out from 228-5 to 238 all out in 49.2 overs. The fifth and the final match of the ODI series will be held in Sharjah on Monday.
