S. Africa former police chief denies corruption charge

South Africa's former chief of police Jackie Selebi pleaded not guilty to charges of corruption trial in Johannesburg. Mr. Selebi was South Africa's first black police chief. Mr. Selebi resigned as head of Interpol after he was charged with having links to organized crime and accepting bribes worth 157,000 dollars. Reports say his case is seen as a test of a much-criticized justice system. He will be the most senior member of the ruling African National Congress to face corruption charges.
