The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE, told the Supreme Court today that the killing of a class 2nd student of Gurugram's Ryan International School took place due to the negligence of its administration. <br/><br/>It said, the school had allowed drivers and conductors to use washrooms meant only for kids and staff. <br/><br/>The CBSE also said that the incident of death of seven-year-old Pradyuman was not reported to the police by the school authority and, in fact, the FIR was lodged by the<br/>parent of the victim. <br/><br/>In its response to the plea filed by the boy's father in the apex court, CBI submitted that after the murder of Pradyuman, it had set up a fact-finding committee to probe the incident. The committee has found that there were severe<br/>irregularities and security lapses in the school premises.<br/><br/>Pradyuman was found dead with his throat slit on 8th of September. It was alleged that he was killed by a bus conductor inside the toilet.
