The ruling United Russia party has dominated the results of the elections to the Moscow City Duma, as well as regional and municipal polls across the country. The City Election Committee today said almost 90 percent of votes have been counted in the Moscow elections. <br/><br/>With a turnout of 34.72 percent in yesterday's Moscow election, the United Russia party led by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin gained 66.10 percent of the vote, and the Communist Party garnered 13.28 percent. The ruling party also managed to sweep other regional and municipal elections across Russia. Its candidates are expected to procure 32 out of 35 seats in the Irkutsk city assembly, and to win in several regional and mayoral polls.<br/>
