In Chennai, one Army man was killed when a Russian T-90 tank which was on a test run at the Combat Vehicles Research and Development Establishment in Avadi, skid and hit a wall which collapsed. Official sources said two other army personnel suffered minor injuries in the incident. Police have registered a case and have begun investigations.
