In Syria, 10 people were killed in air strikes by Russian forces in rebel-held Idlib region early this morning. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said, air strikes hit near a bakery and a medical clinic. It said, five women were among the dead in the town of Ariha in Idlib province.<br />
