A Russian spy ship has collided with another vessel in the Black Sea off the Turkish coast. The Russian defence ministry said the Liman had sustained a breach in its hull, with crew working to keep it afloat.<br/><br/>The ministry said there are no casualties but Turkish media said up to 78 people had been rescued with some 15 possibly missing. It is not yet clear what caused the collision. According to Turkish media, the ship hit a boat carrying animals.
