Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has arrived in Ankara on state visit to Turkey. He will hold talks with his Turkish counterpart Abdullah Gul and Prime Minister Tayyip Edrogan.<br/><br/>Both the countries will sign twenty agreements including the one pertaining to construction of Turkey's first nuclear plant. <br/>
