Russian and North Korean officials will meet in Moscow today to discuss the North Korea nuke crisis. Russia's Foreign Ministry said Oleg Burmistrov, Russia's ambassador-at-large, will meet Choe Son-hui of North Korea's foreign ministry.<br/><br/>The spokeswoman Maria Zakharova declined to give details, but said her ministry would issue a statement after the meeting.<br/><br/>United States has welcomed the proposed meeting. State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert said diplomacy is their preferred approach.
