The American Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has said that after talks in Moscow with the Russian Foreign Sergei Lavrov, they have agreed to pursue a diplomatic course against Iran over its nuclear programme and there was no agreement made on new sanctions. The two leaders talked a great deal about the wonderful new relationship between Washington and Moscow. They both said that the nuclear talks are on track for an agreement in December. Mrs Clinton said US is ready to develp a new missile defence sheld in partnership with Russia. But when it came to the nitty gritty of sanctions againt Iran, there was nothing.
