Russia is planning to introduce a terrorism warning system in the country. An official said Russia's National Anti-terrorism Committee has been drafting the system of warning about possible terrorist attacks. Mr. Andrei Przezdomcki said the government will submit a corresponding draft law to the State Duma shortly.
