The Russian-led Collective Security Treaty Organization has ruled out sending peacekeepers to Kyrgyzstan. Its Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha said in Moscow that there is no question of sending peacekeeping troops to the country. <br/><br/>However, he said security specialists may be sent there to help calming the situation.
