Russian investigators have dismissed reports of the Islamic State group being responsible for the blast that killed 39 people on New Year's Eve. The Investigate Committee today said it was still investigating the gas explosion that destroyed a major part of an apartment building in Magnitogorsk in central Russia. <br />'' &nbsp;<br />'' An article in the terrorist group's Arabic-language newspaper al-Naba had claimed the blast. The Investigative Committee, however, said it was too early to draw any conclusions as the probe is still under way.
