Russia's sports minister Vitaly Mutko has written to World Anti-Doping Agency, WADA President Craig Reedie stating full commitment to eradicate doping, and pledged full cooperation for fair sport. The WADA had last month endorsed International Association of Athletics Federation Council's decision to maintain a suspension of the All-Russian Athletics Federation. It cited sufficient evidence of a mandatory state-directed manipulation of laboratory analytical results. Final report on the investigation is to be delivered by July 15th.
