US President Donald Trump has said, Russia is helping North Korea evade international sanctions. In an interview with news agency Reuters, Mr Trump said in Washington that Russia is not helping the US at all in dealing with Pyongyang, adding that Moscow is making up for some of what China is doing. <br/><br/>The US President also expressed a sense of crisis about the North's possible development of an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of reaching the US mainland. <br/><br/>He also raised doubts that talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un would be useful for the denuclearisation of the Korean Peninsula, though Mr Trump did not rule out direct talks.<br/><br/>There was no immediate reaction from the Russian embassy in Washington on Mr Trump's remarks on Moscow. China and Russia both signed onto the latest rounds of United Nations Security Council sanctions against North Korea imposed last year. <br/><br/>
