Russia drops plans to station missiles on its western border

Russia has cancelled its plans to station missiles on its western border in response to the United State's decision to scrap a planned missile defence system in Eastern Europe. Russia's Ambassador to NATO said, the deployment of missiles in Kaliningrad, the Russian enclave between Poland and Lithuania would not now go ahead.
