<span style="color: #222222;">In Russia, 16 people lost their lives and three others were injured after a lorry collided with a stationary minibus in Ulyanovsk region yesterday. Russian media reported that the lorry driver was among those killed. The Ulyanovsk region's Interior Ministry in a statement said that the driver of a heavy goods vehicle did not slow down and hit a stationary minibus.The minibus was wedged between two lorries. The TASS news agency reported that Investigative Committee has opened a criminal investigation of the incident.</span><br />
