Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Sunday said the rural areas should be developed with all basic amenities to curtail the migrations to urban areas.<br/><br/>Speaking after inaugurating the new campus of the Symbiosis International Business University at Kothur near Mahabubnagar town in Telangana state, the Minister said, nearly 30 per cent people are migrating to urban areas at present and by providing amenities in sector like education, employment and health only can reduce these migrations.<br/><br/>He also said the small states are making rapid strides on the development path.<br/><br/>Quoting from the experiences of the states like Jharakhand and Telangana he expressed satisfaction over the all round growth of these states.<br/><br/>The Finance Minister will also take part in several programmes in Hyderabad later on Sunday.
