At the interbank foreign exchange market, the rupee appreciated 28 paise, to close at a two-month high of 61.13 against the dollar, today. During the session, the rupee had hit a nearly four-month highof 60.84 to the dollar, on the back of a strong rally in the domestic stock markets.
