At the interbank foreign exchange market, the rupee erased its initial losses, and was trading at yesterday's closing level of 55.39 against the dollar, in intra-day trade, today, amid selling of the US currency by banks, and good capital inflows. Earlier, the rupee had resumed lower, at 55.72 per dollar.
