Extending its rising streak for the third day, the rupee today strengthened by 10 paise to 54 rupees 46 paise against the US dollar in early trade on increased foreign fund flows amid firm local equities. The domestic currency had gained 16 paise to close at one-week high of 54 rupees 56 paise against the dollar in yesterday's trade.
