The rupee rose by 15 paise to 55 rupees 51 paise against the US dollar in early trade today on increased capital inflows amid stronger euro overseas. The rupee had ended 25 paise higher at 55 rupees 66 pasie against the dollar yesterday on heavy dollar sales and fresh capital inflows.
