Rupee fell by 25 paise to 50 rupees 97 paise against the dollar on the Interbank Foreign Exchange market in early trade today, weighed down by dollar's gains against other currencies overseas. The rupee had ended higher by 15 paise at 50 rupees 72 paise against the dollar in the previous session, amid signs of fresh capital inflows.
