The rupee depreciated by 15 paise to 45.13 rupees per US dollar in early trade today. It had closed at 44.98 against the greenback in the previous session on Friday. Forex traders said that dollar gains against other Asian currencies and a weak opening on the stock market mainly put pressure on the rupee.
