The Indian rupee fell by 14 paise to Rs 45.45 against the US dollar in early trade. Forex dealers said increased demand for the American currency from importers, mainly oil refiners, and banks mainly kept pressure on the Indian rupee.The rupee had ended at a seven-week low of Rs 45.31 in the previous session.
