The rupee today declined by 10 paise to 45.91 against the US dollar in early trade in line with other weakening Asian currencies. At the Forex market, the Indian rupee fell by 10 paise, while the domestic currency had shed 16 paise to close at 45.81 a dollar in the previous session. Forex dealers said dollar's gains against other currencies, mainly weighed on the rupee's sentiment even discounting the surge in the local bourses.
