The Indian rupee depreciated by 13 paise to 45.70 rupees against a dollar today. It had closed at 45.57 rupees against the greenback in the previous session.Dealers said dollar's gains against other currencies overseas and month-end demand for the American currency weighed on the rupee sentiment.
