The Indian rupee today depreciated by 10 paise to 47.01 against a dollar in the early trade at the Interbank Foreign Exchange market. The rupee had ended lower by 2 paise at 46.91 a dollar in the previous session in volatile trade. The weakening of rupee is due to dollar's gains against other major currencies.
