The Indian rupee declined by 11 paise to 44.32 rupees against the US dollar in early trade at the forex market today, with the American currency overcoming recent weakness to post gains against other major currencies. The rupee had ended 14 paise higher at 44.22 rupees per dollar in the previous session at the Interbank Foreign Exchange on Thursday.
