The Indian rupee declined by 12 paise to an early low of Rs 51.53 per US dollar today, but made a swift recovery to trade flat at Rs 51.42 against the dollar in morning trades.The rupee had lost 21 paise to close at Rs 51.42 against the American currency in the previous session on Monday.
