The rupee touched a 10-week high of 49.95 against the dollar on the Interbank Foreign Exchange market in early trade today on continued foreign fund inflows.The rupee rose by 15 paise to 49.95 a dollar in earlytrade against the previous close of 50.10/11 a dollar.
