The rupee today appreciated by 2 paise to 45.69 a dollar in early trade. Dealers said dollar's weakness against other Asian currencies and increased capital inflows by funds into equities, supported the Indian rupee's sentiment.The rupee had ended 38 paise lower at 45.71/72 on Tuesday.
