Continuing its rising streak for the third straight day,the rupee today appreciated by 11 paise to 61 rupees 64 paise per dollar on persistent selling of the US currency by banks and exporters in view of strong foreign capital inflows. A forex dealer said, weakness of dollar in the overseas market also boosted the rupee value. The domestic currency higher at 61 rupees 64 paise per dollar as against the last closing level of 61 rupees 75 paise at the Interbank Foreign Exchange market
