The government has said that the rulers in Egypt should listen to the dissenting voice of the common man. The Information and Broadcasting Minister Ms. Ambika Soni said this to the newsmen in New Delhi on Friday. In reply to a query on journalists being detained in the strife torn country, the Minister said that the Ministry of External Affairs is in constant touch with them and is monitoring the situation round the clock.
